Project description
A platform for automating the communication of companies with their customers. This service allows to configure the sending of promotional campaigns through messengers, as well as manage user responses. A significant part of the platform's functionality is built around artificial intelligence, which allows to set up chatbots for websites that could independently correspond with users, answer their questions and work on their orders.

Background
Project description
The work on this project began two years ago when I was not the part of the team. My colleagues created first version of the platform which immediately was released by client’s development team. Two years passed when client came to our team with task to work on the second version of the platform based on customer’s feedback. This was when I started working on the project.
Since all the client’s requirements were highly detailed there was no need in UX-researches on this phase. However, we found important to conduct competitor research and market analysis since some platform sections needed fundamental rework. Thus, some practices were analyzed in platforms from other industries and reconsidered in order to implement them.
Production stage of the project was organized into three phases:
Rework of the existing design system.
Rework of the existing platform sections.
Implementing of the new features.
User Personas
We have created five user personas for the project:
Rework of the existing design system
During this phase we provided small tweaks and changes to design system that was used previously. This work included changing the logo, updating specific components and styles in library.
Part of the requirements was to update and improve some parts of existing platform sections. We managed to add new features based on AI-possibilities to onboarding and several other service parts to enhance user experience.
Summary
We finalized the design for every user role and addressed all MVP functionality requirements. The client was satisfied, leading us to plan for the project's onward progression. Post-testing phase, we'll integrate new features and introduce additional user roles.

There was also request from the client for implementing some AI-related features (such as NPL-features, AI-generating campaign templates, etc.) We conducted research of wide range of services to collect best practices for these features from platforms in different industries.
Summary
Work on this project was finished by implementing all the client’s requirements and passing all the assets to development team. We’ve managed to implement new features keeping them cohesive and easy to users while enhancing overall user experience regarding UX-issues found out after customers’ feedback. Considering project uniqueness and complexity we’re considering constant support, communication to development team and following implementing of other features whether growth of AI-opportunities will lead us to this.
